Purity in every question answered
Detailed insights into our traditional Vedic Bilona processing, direct farm sourcing, and natural preservation methods for premium organic staples.

What is the Bilona method?
Unlike industrial heat-clarification, the Vedic Bilona method involves boiling A2 milk, culturing it into curd, and hand-churning the curd to separate butter before slow-clarifying over a gentle fire.
Why does ghee color vary?
Our A2 ghee is entirely natural and unrefined. The golden hue shifts gently with the seasons, reflecting the changing wild grasses and local forage grazed by our indigenous Gir cows.
Are there any preservatives?
We add absolutely zero preservatives, artificial colors, or refined oils. Aaranyamrit products are pure, single-origin harvests prepared using time-honored Indian preservation techniques that naturally extend shelf life.

How to store ghee?
Keep your jar in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Refrigeration is not required, as pure slow-clarified ghee remains stable at room temperature.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
Yes, we ship all liquid staples in premium glass jars protected by recycled paper wrap. This preserves both natural flavor and environmental purity from our farms to your kitchen.
What is your shipping timeline?
We dispatch orders within twenty-four hours of harvest. Delivery across major Indian cities typically takes three to five business days, fully tracked and insured against transit damage.
Have a specific question?
Our farm representatives are available to assist with detailed batch details, wholesale inquiries, or custom orders.
